My name is Cori and my company is Brain Gearz.

I help people with anxiety and panic issues to transcend them via acceptance versus resistance and avoidance. I had anxiety and panic for 30+ years and did not know all of my symptoms were due to anxiety, until just 5 years ago!!!

Once I was diagnosed, I researched, received therapy, enrolled in several programs, and recovered.

I Transcended My Anxiety.

I look forward to assisting you along your path. We each have our own journey and while they are all beautifully unique, they are special and different. One method does not work for all. But, we all have the inherent gifts we need within us, we simply need to uncover them.

Life is a journey and believe it or not, anxiety and panic have created a beautiful new life for me.
My methodologies of study and reference are rooted in scientific research and best practices. I am enjoying my new life's work as an Anxiety Coach for Brain Gearz. Helping others to also Transcend Anxiety is MOST rewarding. I have my MPH degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health.  For 8 years, I collaborated with science curriculum writers from The Lawrence Hall of Science, University of California-Berkeley, as they developed hands-on, inquiry-based science programs and I would also work to get these programs adopted into public schools.
